We have recently undertaken a recruitment project for one of our Clients who are growing their presence in Krakow andPoland.

Support Accounting

Job description:
• Address customer accounts for overdue invoices on a daily basis.
• Respond to identified customer issues, queries and needs in an efficient and timely manner.
• Assist the cash application process by reconciling payments and resolving unusual items on remittance advices.
• Ensure cash collection period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting and tax requirements and internal controls (SOX).
• Supply advice on Accounts Receivable/cash collection processes and support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Make productive use of technology tools and systems, including SAP, Case Management and Workflow to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management
• Provide support to other team members
Requirements:
• University degree preferred.
• 1 year Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience, preferably in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment experience desirable.
• Language requirements: good English plus a good command of at least one of the following languages (Czech/German/Italian/Polish).
• An understanding of specific Accounts Receivable area processes.
• Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate personnel.
• ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
• Flexible and adaptable with job duties and scope of work.
• Highly responsive to customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
